BURNSIDE, Annie “Nan” – Peacefully at the Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay surrounded by her family on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 in her 92nd year. Nan was born in Scotland, met and married her beloved husband of 68 years, the late Allan Burnside and came to Canada as a War Bride in June 1946. Loving mother of Virginia (Steve) Neving, Sheila (Bob) Morrison, and David (Sandra). Cherished grandma of 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. A Memorial Service for Nan will be held at the Mackey Funeral Home, 33 Peel Street, Lindsay (705-328-2721) on Friday, September 2nd at 1:30 p.m. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
