Condolence: My wife Mary Delaney and our children Esmée and Violette join with me to offer our condolences. In mourning Aunt Betty, I am able to smile for my memories of her are only good ones from our youth. In a way, Betty was one of the first feminists (would she have liked that phrase?): a bright, wisecracking, sharp woman who exuded life and energy from her whole being. She was very quick-witted, and made us laugh - she always had a kind twinkle in her eye! We love you, Aunt Betty!
