Obituary for Glen Andre Rhodes

Glen A. Rhodes entered into rest peacefully at Markham-Stouffville Hospital, on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 in his 84th year. Glen was the beloved husband of the late Florence Johnson (2003). Loving father of Glenda Thompson (the late Rod MacNeil), Brad Rhodes (Margaret Gordon), Sandi Ellis, Marty Rhodes (Kim). Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Melissa Barton (Jake), Shayna Johnson (Jeremy), Sherrilyn Sheridan, Brad Rhodes Jr., Gillian Dalton, Holly Ellis, Dylan and Zackery Rhodes, and by his great grandchildren Estella, Spencer and Aubrey. Glen was predeceased by his 3 brothers and 3 sisters. In keeping with Glen’s wishes, no funeral will take place. Following cremation, interment will take place at Riverside Cemetery at a later date. If desired memorial donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Parkinson Society Canada, or Arthritis Society of Canada, online at www.mackeys.ca or at the Mackey Funeral Home 33 Peel Street Lindsay.
