HOUGHTON, Helene (nee Hannabach) ~ Entered into rest peacefully after a short illness, at the Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay on Thursday, January 15, 2009 in her 78th year. Helene was the wife of the late Bruce Houghton. Survived by siblings Anne and her husband Ron Yarusso, Joe Hannabach and his wife Vicki, Frank Hannabach and his wife Doreen, Evelyne and her husband Wilbur McHenry, Jake Hannabach, Joan Barth, and Lorraine and her husband Bruce Buvinger. Fondly remembered by nieces, nephews and best friend Wendy. Visitation at the Mackey Funeral Home, 33 Peel Street, Lindsay on Monday, January 19th from 4-6 p.m. Graveside service at the Riverside Cemetery, 347 Lindsay Street South, Lindsay on Thursday, January 22nd at 2:00 p.m. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
