Condolence From: Robin McGee
Condolence: Of all my relatives, I was most fond of my Uncle Jimmy. My mother, Janette McGee, often told me about her older brother. She told me also about their father James Wright, who died before I was born. My Mom said that my grandfather was a well-loved affable man, and that Jimmy had inherited that trait. Whenever I met Uncle Jimmy, I was always struck by his personable warmth, his sparkling humour, and his great faith. I remember also, that when my mother was dying, he called her, and how that last conversation was a great solace to her. He was her brother and friend until the end. His great devotion to Aunt Carol is a model for any marriage. Also, Uncle Jimmy was a legend in the family for his ability and desire to drive well into his old age!
I wish all the Wright family my sincerest condolences, and a fond hope that one day we can meet to talk about him some more. God rest you, Uncle Jimmy.
