I have two sons in my heart. Now there is one. I still remember how Shane loved playing checkers, working with wood, and his love of hats. Even grown he took pride in his appearance and was a handsome young man in his cool chains and, of course, his hats. LOL

He was so proud to become an Uncle when Annabella was born, and again when Cosmo came along. Thomas and Jack, Celea and Sakura and there mom, Misti Dawn were all asked after in our night time Facebook chats. He took special care in watching over his baby sister Amber Leigh, always doting on her when she was little. Dusti Rose was also kept under his special care during some very difficult times in her life. I think the picture of him and Dusti Rose is one of my favorites. It shows how much he loved her. and there was no qualifying family titles..he had 3 sisters and a brother and loved them all.

I feel blessed that Shane allowed me to be a part of his life. I will miss him with all of my heart.
