Sheila & Family - We are truly saddened at the news of Hartley's passing. Hartley was a colleague and a friend. We shared a love of sports, and played a lot of lunch hour euchre back in the day. He was a gifted and thoughtful person. Hartley's love and dedication to his family set an example for all of us. Please accept our sincere condolences. Mark Doble
