Garth Cook

My brother and I had a difficult relationship with John. Our memories of him are not good ones. Darren had probably not spoken to him in 40 years. I hadn't spoken to him much either over the last 20 years myself, but I had recently started opening up conversation with him again. He died one day before my wedding. We may have been estranged, but he was still my father and with his passing, all past wrongs are forgiven and all debts are paid. Rest in Peace.

A truly great Guy!!! We think of him often, while sharing a funny John Cook experience. Whenever we share a "Cook" story, it's with our entire body that we laugh and smile...
John Cook leaves the lives he's touched filled with wonderful memories, and 'Better', much better...for having known him. John will forever remain our "Cook".

A truly remarkable, cool guy, who always made us smile when we were in his presence. He will be missed by all of the Cook family.
My pleasure to have married into this great Cook family and met John, family and his parents Aunt Jean and Uncle Fred. All truly loved.

We are all heartbroken and will forever miss Uncle John and his funny ways. I'm so grateful that Ryan was able to share many family occasions with Uncle John over the past few years. He always loved with Aunt Barb and Uncle John would visit....we all did.
Rest in peace my sweet Uncle. Until we meet again xoxo
